www.afrp.org, www.ramallahclubs.org, or www.ramallahclubs.com and view information about AFRP, its chapters, corporate
and not-for-profit partners, etc. without telling AFRP who you are and without
revealing any personal information. When users visit our web site, we track only
the following information:

- Pages requested by each user
- Time and date of user requests

From time to time, AFRP members may send
AFRP personal identifying information via e-mail. AFRP will only use
this information to update our member database unless expressly requested otherwise.
Use of Member Information
AFRP members may update their personal
information on AFRP's database by going to
http://www.afrp.org/Members/. For assistance in
this area, please contact us at webmaster@afrp.org.
AFRP is the sole owner of the information collected
on
www.afrp.org, www.ramallahclubs.org, or www.ramallahclubs.com. AFRP collects
personally identifiable information from our members once they have logged into
the member only area of the site with their provided membership ID number.
In order to use some portions of this web site, you must
first become a member of AFRP by completing the
Membership Acceptance Form and submitting the annual membership fee. A member ID has been
provided to all AFRP members which enables access to member only areas of
the site. During membership registration, members were asked to provide contact
information (such as name and email address). We use this information to contact
you about the benefits and services available on our site of which members have
expressed interest.

AFRP uses the personal information provided by members
upon joining to provide such members with information about the benefits and services
of AFRP which members agreed to upon membership payment. Only AFRP owns and controls member personal information. Members
can opt-out of any communication from AFRP partners.
We do not share any personally identifiable information
with third parties nor do we use other third parties to provide any services on
our site.
Tracking or passive information collection technologies
A cookie is a small text file that is stored
on a user’s computer for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies on this site. We
do link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information
you submit while on our site.
We use session ID cookies to make it easier for you to
navigate our site. A session ID cookie expires when you close you browser.

your ability to use some areas of our site, such as membership access, will be

Security Practices

important to us. When you enter sensitive information (credit card number) on our
registration or order forms, AFRP does not retain your credit card information
in our system. In addition, AFRP uses high encyption technology when collecting and
displaying private information.

it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage,
is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable
